Pumpkin Patch

We tried to get all three of the kids in a pose, but Jacob was too overwhelmed with pumpkins everywhere.
Zachary didn't know what to do with the pumpkins, so I he decided to touch them for himself.

Jacob wanted all the pumpkins for himself. He
kept running around and grabbing all the pumpkins up.

At we got a family photo at the pumpkin patch. Jacob wasn't about to sit still though for more than a few poses. I still think it turned out fine.

Backyard

We decided one day to get outside to takes some photos. I love this one of Marshall and Zach. They both were looking the same way at the same time.

Zachary got the chance that day to touch the grass, and the tree leaves. I love the first time the kids get to see or do something.

Farm Day

We took a family day out to one our favorite farms. It's called Jimmy's Farm. They added a butterfly house. Marshall had gotten a really good shot of this butterfly. It was so humid in their, my glasses fogged up. Their were so many different kids of butterflies flying around. Their were some really bigs ones as well. They even had a pond in there, with some huge flowers that were taller than us. The kids really enjoyed that. Jacob kept running around trying to catch one for himself.

Zachary and I posed in the woods where they let you build little forts with the dead tree branches. It was too muddy to let the kids play in there for long.

Marshall was letting Jacob get closer to the horses to pet. I don't think Jake actually pet one though.

June 08

We went to a park that was on Lake Superior, and we got these great photos of the boys in the trees. Then we headed on down to the water. The beach was covered in rocks, and the kids sat down to throw them into the water. It was such a beautiful day.

Water Falls

We went a river that has a water fall in it, and there was great spot for the younger kids to swim in. It was so warm Jacob just loved every minute of it until it was time to go.

Camberley went down into the bigger area to try out the water. She almost got taken away by the current. This summer was her first swimming experiences. She loved swimming.

June Vacation 2008

Jacob and his cousin Evryck checking out the toad they all found that day.
Camberley actually picked it up. I was surprised that she did because she doesn't like slimy animals.
My dad has an old water pump in his yard as a yard ornament, and the kids had to try it out.

Marshall's homecoming

This is the day that Marshall came home from Afghanistan. They had to come to this hangar on buses, and Marshall was on the fourth bus that came through. I was tears because I was sooo overwhelmed. It took Jacob a few seconds to realize who Marshall was, and Zachary just smiled because that's what he does. Camberley got to stay home from school that morning. Their flight actually came in a little early. It was such a great day for our family to finally have Marshall home from the desert.
This photo was taken in the last week. I just love spending time with the boys. I also love dressing them alike, which Marshall doesn't care for too much. Marshall has just gotten home in the last two weeks. So he is enjoying time with the kids as well.
